Chris' Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:- 1 c butter (or margarine)
- 225 g peanut butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 375 g flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In mixer bowl cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- In medium bowl combine five dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla to the wet ingredients.
- Gradually beat in dry ingredients just until combined (may not use it all, just until a spatual comes out clean from the dough).
- Roll 1-1.5 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart.
- With fork dipped in sugar, press and flatten each cookie making a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake 8-10 minutes, until golden. Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes: transfer to cooling racks.
