Sriracha-Honey Chex Mix

- 3 c corn chex
- 3 c rice chex
- 3 c small pretzels
- 1 c roasted peanuts
- 2 TBSP butter
- 3 TBSP sriracha
- 2 TBSP honey
- optional: 1-3 c popped popcorn
Servings: 15 Prep: 10 min Cook: 60 min Preheat: 250°F
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine the chex cereals and peanuts.
- Melt butter and mix with sriracha and honey.
- Stir pretzels into the butter mixture, then pour over the cereal mixture.
- Mix everything thoroughly and pour into 2 high rimmed baking pans.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- If using popcorn, reduce the amount of pretzels to taste. Mix in popped popcorn after baking.
- Store in air tight container.
